WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY….

“Where to start! I haven’t stopped raving about this retreat since I left 😊
Firstly I feel so calm and centred since coming home from Erth - just so well and balanced from the inside out. The fresh air, plant based diet and wild swims have done me the world of good!
The retreat is beautifully curated and hosted in the most special setting.
Wild grasses, chicory filled fields and sunsets, a real chance to breathe. The river Lynher winds around the peninsula calling you in for a wild swim!
Inside the Manor House thick stone walls cosset and comfort you whilst you gaze at the stunning views from the mullion windows.
Yoga, breath work and immersion into a sound bath in a 12 century chapel - one of the most memorable parts for me.
I loved walking the South West coastal path gently guided by our lovely host Shaun and also Dartmoor, with the wisdom and humour of our guide Paul.
Our hosts, Polly and Shaun are a truly fantastic team. They know what they are doing and you are in safe hands to relax, reflect, immerse and transform.
I have already recommended this retreat to friends and colleagues and I will be back ❤️ thank you both immensely! xx”

“Wow, what a joyful time we all had!
I absolutely LOVED Erth. It is a glorious place and I loved the relaxed feel, delicious food and variety of ways we were able to make the most of your beautiful location (even some late-night accidental exploring!). I am so hoping to come again next year for the solstice. It is a wonderful time to be out and about. Even if the sun doesn’t shine as it did for us, just having all that daylight is enough to nourish the soul!”
— Catherine S - Go Wild Erth Midsummer 23

“Thank-you so much to you and Polly for a really fantastic weekend -definitely a very good last minute decision to come down. It was a fantastic mix of active and relaxing and a chance to completely switch off. All the activities were great, although paddle boarding was definitely my favourite as something completely new. The various guides and teachers you brought in were also lovely and each added something special. I am definitely looking forward to coming back next year.”
— Pip R - Go Wild Erth July 23

“I was blown away by the beauty of the Erth Retreat and the impact of a few days away immersed in nature. My heart rate dropped, my sleep improved, my steps increased and my body felt nourished. The food was awesome, the group supportive, the activities, which were optional, were well planned and I slowed down in the quiet. Until I return, and I intend to...”

“I so valued my time at Erth, thankful I made the time to do the retreat as been life affirming, Reminded what makes me tick. Plus being immersed in nature which I thrive on yet never get around to doing enough. Heartfelt thanks to you both for being generous with your time and energy, plus those hearty, life affirming conversations with invigorating company- we made a good crew! ”

“When I first arrived at Erth Retreat, I was completely in awe of the setting. It really is incredibly beautiful. A lovely old house - beautifully decorated with huge rooms, and the most divine views with water all around. It is so tranquil with just bird song and cows lowing- completely idyllic...The food was just amazing - full of goodness, colour and taste. I miss that so much already and the activities were a great mix, and a few firsts for me too.
I could not have asked for anything more. It was a little dream like! I am now really missing everybody and the beautiful place and am about to book for next year. I think this will be my May refresher!

So many thanks Shaun and Polly. What I needed was exactly what you gave me..an opportunity to stop having to make decisions for a while and to take on a few new ways of thinking, eating, moving and connecting with new people that I will absorb into my daily life from right now.

From start to finish I absolutely loved my Go Wild Retreat. From the idyllic setting at Tilton House, to the incredible food, to the diverse range of activities, everything was absolutely spot on. I felt very at home and comfortable straight away; I had never been on a retreat before and this was such a lovely experience for me and I loved every second.
- Millie E - Go Wild 28th June 2021

I am very glad that I returned to Tilton House for a second retreat after a year away. This one was equally moving and inspiring. The yoga, the many other retreat activities, and the delicous meals were a gift for me. Life has been challenging and the retreat was a pocket of time when everything else went away. It was a rare moment in which I was truly immersed in the here and now. And that doesn’t seem to happen much these days. I made four new friends, too - a windfall given last year’s lockdown.
- Sharon Bylenga - Go Wild 28th June 2021

Go Wild retreat combines just the right balance of outdoor activities, yoga and socialising. To complete this perfect arrangement is the beautiful location and surroundings of Tilton House, with its historical legacy and picturesque gardens. Highly recommended and I’m looking forward to visiting again!

There were so many special moments for me. I gained a much greater understanding of the political, economic and geographical context in which Bloomsbury flourished and a real sense of how relevant their legacy is today with the challenges we are now facing. I came away feeling nourished and inspired at so many different levels. A truly holistic experience…
