Polly Moore- Founder Commited urbanite, Polly worked as a Producer for filmmaking across documentaries, branding and dramas before escaping solo to the South Downs for a writing sabbatical and embarking on a programme of Wellness after mixing up her work/life balance .  She cultivated a day- dreaming habit in her circular flint folly, and followed her intuition, against the odds, to open a retreat venue, four fields away at beautiful Tilton House. To celebrate a decade of collaboration with creative and wellness brands, she founded the Department of Wellbeing, and began offering talks, retreats and mentoring to further share knowledge of their exciting growing community. She wild -swims, rides horses and moon-bathes - her commitment to practice mindfulness prevents her from doing all 3 at the same time !

Shaun Treloar Shaun cut his teeth at Saatchi & Saatchi as a film producer,  putting together stories for global brands, charities and organizations. He cut loose to freelance and globe-trot, before recognising the need for media-types to slow down and live differently! He jumped in immediately when asked to partner Polly in running retreats in nature on the South Downs.   He balances film work and running retreats enjoying the collaboration with a diverse network of people.   He's extending to thecorporate community by offering a valuable workshop space in nature at Tilton House and delighted by the recent huge growth in corporate wellness.  He joined Polly in The Department of Wellbeing and is interested in exploring this link further.
