Join us for four transformative days on the Cornish coast this August at Erth Retreat — a time when summer is at its height, the days are long and warm, and nature is in full bloom. This is a season of growth, abundance and possibility: a chance to step out of the everyday and reconnect with the ancient rhythms of the land.

The Cornish coast and Dartmoor hold deep, wild magic. We'll walk ancient paths, wander across moorland, and explore tors and standing stones — places touched by centuries of seasonal celebration, where energy gathers and wonder awakens. Along the coast, we'll swim in wild waters and paddle on SUPs, connecting with the power of sea, sky and sun.

  • To put the chores down.

  • To set your out-of-office.

  • To let someone else walk the dog.

We've designed the experience to calm your nervous system, restore energy, and open you to the alchemy of the season — to feel both grounded and inspired, nourished and ignited. Together with a team of experienced wellness practitioners, you'll move from feeling stretched and tired to feeling attuned, radiant and alive.

Erth Retreat, nestled in Cornwall's Forgotten Corner, becomes our home and sanctuary. Here we gather for gentle yoga in the candle-lit chapel, mindful walks along the South West Coast Path, and meditative exploration of Dartmoor's standing stones and sacred landscapes.

This retreat is for women ready to step into the full energy of August, feel the pulse of ancient landscapes, and awaken to a deeper sense of themselves.

If you've been longing for warmth, light, clarity, and a brush with the magic of the land — this is your invitation.

WHAT TO EXPECT:-

How the days are held

The gateway to our Go Wild retreats is always through the breath — so after our arrival talk, we'll begin with a breathwork session and explore how best to carry that practice through the days ahead. We'll build your energy with grounding, long hikes across Dartmoor and along the South West Coastal Path. Being immersed in these wild, open landscapes offers plenty of uplift and inspiration, helping mind and body understand the difference between feeling stimulated and feeling truly nurtured — a new awareness of discipline and clarity that we'll keep coming back to across the programme.

HELD WITH CARE:-

Why women feel safe here

Time and again, the guests who joined us in August 2026 told us the same thing: they felt genuinely safe and looked after, from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. That's not an accident — it comes from years of hosting these retreats, and a team we've deliberately built to be warm, experienced, and able to hold space in the same way we do. You won't be handed between strangers here; you'll be held by people who've done this for years, and who care whether you actually rest.
