OUTLINE:-

IT’s that time again …. SUP and Wild Swimming are back on the schedule….so popular in 2021, they had to return…so

If you’re ready for an adventure, we have curated one of the BEST retreats in the UK for this time of year.

We know you need time away to breathe, feel free and move into levity. So we have curated a wonderful retreat to deliver you, a feeling of adventure and so you remember your wild spirited self.

So how about some early morning wild sea swimming with breakfast on the beach. How would you like to paddle board the shallow, tidal water of the Cuckmere River, or Kayak in the Severn Sisters Country Park? As soon as you arrive you are lead into a breathwork session, to reset your body and let go of all that stress.

If you like your yoga under the shade of oaks, in the shadow of the South Downs, or maybe in the wooden floor yurt, surrounded by woodland, where just breathing in, is forest bathing.

How about plant based suppers with produce grown from our kitchen garden and served to you in a courtyard full of fig, honeysuckle, roses as the sun goes down.

Imagine feasting accompanied by the sound of a fountain, created by Bloomsbury ceramicist, Quentin Bell.

There will be an oppurtunity to stretch your legs and lungs, and walk for miles across the roof of the South Downs with views for days. Feel free to get lost in the landscape .

To save your spot on this wonderful event read on…

TESTIMONIALS FROM PREVIOUS RETREATS:-

So many thanks Shaun and Polly. What I needed was exactly what you gave me..an opportunity to stop having to make decisions for a while and to take on a few new ways of thinking, eating, moving and connecting with new people that I will absorb into my daily life from right now.

- Sarah W - Go Wild September 2021

From start to finish I absolutely loved my Go Wild Retreat. From the idyllic setting at Tilton House, to the incredible food, to the diverse range of activities, everything was absolutely spot on. I felt very at home and comfortable straight away; I had never been on a retreat before and this was such a lovely experience for me and I loved every second.

- Millie E - Go Wild 28th June 2021

I am very glad that I returned to Tilton House for a second retreat after a year away.  This one was equally moving and inspiring.  The yoga, the many other retreat activities, and the delicous meals were a gift for me. Life has been challenging and the retreat was a pocket of time when everything else went away. It was a rare moment in which I was truly immersed in the here and now. And that doesn’t seem to happen much these days. I made four new friends, too - a windfall given last year's lockdown.

- Sharon Bylenga - Go Wild 28th June 2021

Go Wild retreat combines just the right balance of outdoor activities, yoga and socialising. To complete this perfect arrangement is the beautiful location and surroundings of Tilton House, with its historical legacy and picturesque gardens. Highly recommended and I'm looking forward to visiting again!
